The External Evaluator provides independent quality assurance, advice and guidance during the project. and reports to the Steering Group as a standing agenda item at partnership meetings. This role is fulfilled by Dr. Jörg Krauter who is the founder of SYNK GROUP, Germany a leading management consultancy specializing in leadership, change and collaboration. He have more than twenty years of leadership experience and consultancy expertise working with various international companies in industry and finance sector. He holds a PhD degree from the University of Gloucestershire, UK in the Advanced Postgraduate Program of Business Administration. He is also a lecturer in leadership psychology at the Fresenius University of Applied Science, Germany and lecturer in change management at the FOM – University of Applied Sciences Economics and Management, Germany.
